I began running in 2010 more or less, but I have never take it serously, so my improvements were not as good as they might be.
Anyway, In 2019 I have run 274 Km in the whole year, I use Endomondo for tracking, and I have decided to run maybe 300 km this year. I have had a good start with 74 Km in the first two and half months, but then Corovirus appeared and I could not continue, becuase I was forced to stay at home by the gobernment.
Yesterday I have started to run again, I have done just two and half kilometers, I am planning to run daily at least two km, that way I might still break the 274 km made last year.
I will keep a log of my running achievments here. I think that sharing my progress will force me to go out and run.
